NOSE: Coconut sugar with fresh-cut hay, honey, and rich florals.

TASTE: Sweet and bready malts with burnt sugar, vanilla, sugary tobacco, leather, clove and all-spice

FINISH: Clean, smooth, toasted wood, black pepper, and baking spices.

BASE SPIRIT: Distilled from a blend of organic 2-row & organic crystal malts.

THE WATER: We only use local water that flows to us from the surrounding Northern Rocky Mountain peaks. The water is high in mineral content and as pure as water can come.
